AS1301A,AS1301A,Comments from user about AS1301A: Power semiconductor devices are semiconductor devices used as switches or rectifiers in power electronic circuits (switch mode power supplies for example). Its basic function is to detect a fault condition and, by interrupting continuity, to immediately discontinue electrical flow.
